Kristy Misener – Misener Family Harvesters

Dan and Liz have been busy in the shop getting things ready. The “schedule” has, as usual, been revised several times this week.  Some due to the weather and some due to the tornado.

It’s been very cool and rainy. We’ve gotten five and a half inches of rain since the tornado!  Hallelujah! But that has created unusual humidity and, along with the cool temps, has made it hard to work on air conditioning. Dan has also been called to several meetings at church and to tornado victim’s aid many times. God bless him. He is so talented, caring and competent. I’m proud of him!

I made the mistake of washing OLD bedroom curtains from four rooms and disintegrated them!! Haha. This means I “get” new ones. So, I’ve been busy at my sewing machine. Still gotta eat, though, so I made strawberry-rhubarb pie and rhubarb bread. Yum. Wouldn’t be spring without rhubarb!

Tonight we are at Zachary’s graduation (my first grandchild). Time marches on!
