Hazelton, Kansas / Hamburger Stroganoff

Thankfully, today was much slower/more routine for me than yesterday!

Errands, deliver lunches, grocery store, elevator tickets, make & deliver dinners, and shuffle guys between fields.

So, I’ll share a recipe! I’m a fan of this recipe because I almost always have all the ingredients in my kitchen and it can be made pretty quickly. This feeds 6-8 guys.
