Ingredients

  • Pork roast
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 gallon of bulls eye
  • 1/2 gallon of ketchup
  • 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp chilli
  • A good dose of Worcestershire

Instructions

  1. Cook the pork in large electric roaster, or in the oven in large roaster.
  2. Take out some of the juice when it is cooked and add sauce.
  3. Let it cook for a bit longer.
