Nancy Eberts – Eberts Harvesting

As I write today, I have to be honest and admit my biggest accomplishment today was completely clearing and cleaning the counters in my kitchen in the house!

Besides the trip to town for groceries, putting them away and making 3 chocolate and 2 peach pies for supper, I spent what seemed like hours doing dishes by hand as I have an “out of commission” dishwasher! Ten people around the table and kitchen island, morning and night, makes for a lot of dishes.

A few years ago, I purchased like 40 (of each) forks, knives and spoons for my silverware drawer! Smartest thing I ever did!! When you run out of those, you’ve got a problem!

So this little celebration may seem trivial but to me it’s a big deal! Another hour and I will be making supper…tonight, I will use the grill.

Harvest is happening, the sun is shining and we won’t talk about the forecast.

So here’s to clean counters!
It’s the little things! Tomorrow…the floors! When they’re done, it’s RAR “wine” time!😂🙏🏻
