Mom's Honey Garlic Ribs

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs spare ribs
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

Instructions

  1. Turn roaster oven on to 350 degrees.
  2. Bake ribs for 2 hours.
  3. Combine sugar, cornstarch, water, soy sauce, honey and garlic in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Drain grease off of ribs and then pour honey garlic sauce over ribs.
  5. Cook the ribs and sauce for 10-20 minutes on low & serve!(depending on crew size this recipe can be doubled or tripled to meet the needs of the crew)
  6. Cook rice in instant pot and serve.
