Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Elbow Macaroni
  • 8 oz. KoJack Cheese, cubed
  • ½ lb. Ham, cubed
  • 1 lb. Frozen Peas
  • 1-1-1/2 Cups Miracle Whip
  • ¼ cup dill pickle relish or pickles chopped
  • ¼ Cup yellow mustard
  • Salt & Pepper
  • ¼-½ cup Dill Pickle Juice
  • Dill, optional

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles.
  2. Chop ingredients.
  3. Rinse noodles with cold water.
  4. Combine all ingredients. Add extra pickle juice as needed.
  5. I usually pour more pickle juice on top before heading to the field since the pasta will soak it up.
  6. This can easily be the main course.
