Hi! My name is Jenny Burgess. I’m so thrilled to help share our harvest updates from our farm.
I along with my husband and 2 kids are a First Generation Farm Family. We live in South Central Kansas and enjoy living in a small community nearby. My husband immigrated here to Kansas 12 years ago, but has lived here 16 years; I am a local Kansas girl who grew up a small hobby farm. An only child, I learned at a young age about hard work. From bucking bales, driving antique tractor with no cabs and taking care of animals on the farm. On our farm we grow Wheat, Corn, Soybeans, and Grain Sorghum (Milo).
I hope you enjoy following along with our harvest updates. Sometimes harvest can be a real trial. But other times there is the real beauty in reaping what you have sown and taken care of.
