Hey girls! I’m Stephanie Hansen from J&H Harvesting out of Scobey, MT. My husband, Flemming, and his brother, Jesper, both started working for Mark Jensen as hired men and through the years built a strong relationship and partnership. Flemming has been in the US harvesting for 15 years now. I know we all have a love/hate relationship to the rain days but a good old rain day is what brought Flemming and I together. I was working at a bar/steakhouse part time when the boys got rained out and decided to treat the crew to steaks. I guess you could say it was love at first sight.

Flemming and I have been married for 3 years and I have been making the harvest run for 5 years now. I feel like I am finally standing strong on my feet with the harvest lifestyle although I believe it will be something I continually learn and adjust to! I cook and clean for our crew of 18-20 so I would love to see tried and true recipes you all have and will share the ones my boys love! See you down the road!
