Nancy Eberts – Eberts Harvesting
Today was one of those mornings when after moving and heading straight to the field, you wonder if you will ever get caught up.
After scrambled eggs, rolls and toast for breakfast for the crew, I was told “a couple of hours, Nanc, and then come out and run a combine”. “Sure!”, I said. 
But out I went and all the while I was combining I kept telling myself, “Breathe…you will get all your stuff done”. Well, a little after dinner I was on my way back to the camper.
I remembered a “sunshine bakery” sign and figured a dessert would be a great treat for everyone! Turns out that I drove right past it when I saw “Soulful Salvage”! Which turned out to be totally my kind of place. A little retail therapy and I was back at the camper finding room for my treasures and accomplished all my daily tasks of bathrooms, laundry, dishes and now working on crispy chicken sandwiches and baked beans for super!
One more day and we will be moving again! And so it goes!
PS…bakery not open for business for several months!
