12/06/16 – Colby, Kansas

Lindsey Sterkel

It’s starting to get really cold in Colby, KS now! This morning had a windchill of 2 degrees!

We are expecting our first snow storm that might actually accumulate something tonight and tomorrow!

The guys had worked on a wall in the shop that needed a little TLC after a little accident a few years ago. It turned out great, they did an awesome job on it.

They then decided they were going to paint and redo Jim and Turk’s office in the shop…I wish I had a before and after picture! They did one heck of a good job!! They painted it, got a new door, updated the trim, got new cabinets and added a countertop for their coffee bar. It looks like a whole new place! These guys completely surprised us and we love it!!

Who wouldn’t want to work in this fancy office!?!

We got our calendars all stuffed in their envelopes and almost all of them are on their way in the mail!

It’s a hectic time of year to be going to the post office and poor DeAnn found that out today.

Today was, sadly, Darcy’s last day for the winter. We will see him again in April when the season starts to kick off again, though!

I hope everyone is having a great winter so far!!!
