Ingredients

  • Packaged pie crusts
  • can of pie filling
  • beaten egg
  • a fork!

Instructions

  1. I rolled the pie crust a little and got 12 mini pies per single crust.
  2. Use a wide mouth jar lid to make the individual circles.
  3. I used my good old hand processor to chop up the chunky pie filing.
  4. Simply add a little less than a teaspoonful of filling per circle, fold and press edges with a fork. One can of filling goes a longggggg way.
  5. Brush with beaten egg and place on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 14 minutes at 425°
  6. I frosted with powdered sugar frosting.
