While I was with my sisters and folks this last weekend, my mom made Droobini.  It’s what we grew up on and some call it scrambled pancakes. Myron says it is better. The name is Bohemian or Czech.  I like the fact that the recipe is handwritten…not everything has to be googled, ladies.  Give it a try and get your sister’s and folk’s handwriting!

It’s really a made-from-scratch crepe dough. Simply mix and pour into an electric fry pan, heated with a little oil at 350 degrees. Keep “scrambling” until a little brown all around. Serve with syrup or homemade jelly. The trick is to remember to make it thin and keep frying up till golden.

It easily fed seven guys, turned out pretty economical and my guys ate it up!

Easy peasy and pleasing!
